All Third Avenue pictures are sold on license & are not royalty free. The license is always for a single use only, at a set size of reproduction. When you purchase a picture online you are buying the license to use that picture & not to own the digital file which should be discarded after use. It is therefore important that you download the correct size of file based on the size at which it will be reproduced and not the size in megabytes that you feel would be enough , otherwise you may find that you are not licensed to use the picture. Third Avenue sells pictures in 2 ways. The first of these is by using a

• repro account which allows you to pay as you go.

• yearly subscription, which lets you download files at a much cheaper rate.
