FAQ ... « back to overview »Question: Is there a facility on the site that will enable me to download low-resolution images so I can see how the images will look within a design I am working on? Answer:Yes. If you find a photograph you wish to place on a 'mock up' or 'dummy board' design, click on the thumbnail of the photograph. Once the slightly larger sized image comes up, you will see the words 'download comping image' above it. If you click on this button, a large version of the comping image will appear (it will have a large watermark C across it). Mac users should click and hold their mouse button on the image to 'download image to disk', PC users should click using their right hand mouse button to 'save target as'. This service can be utilised without having logged on.
Alternatively, if you are logged on, you can use the lightbox facility on the site, which allows you to see how different images 'sit' with each other for, say, a double page spread.
